The Taoist 9-in-1 technique is a thrusting sequence in which you simply thrust shallow 9 times (1 to 4 inches) and deep 1 time (3 to 5 inches).
Repeating this sequence varying the speed of the thrusts will stimulate the woman on all nine levels. The Ancient Taoists poetically described 9 types of thrusts. Here are 9 types of thrusts simplified to colloquial language.
Note: Thrusting too deep may hit her cervix and cause pain.

Taoist's 9 type of thrusts:
- Thrust to the left and then to the right to stimulate the vaginal walls.
- Thrust upwards and then downwards instead of in and out, moving your whole body up and down to perform this thrust in the missionary position.
- Pull out and push back in a teasing manner.
- Alternate between deep plunges and shallow strokes.
- Make deep and shallow strokes in steady succession.
- Push inwards leisurely.
- Thrust swiftly.
- Poise at the opening, then stroke swiftly and stay inside for a while.
- Rise and then thrust low.
