Penis Warm Up

Whenever you perform any exercise program, it is important to warm up first. Warming up gives tissues a chance to relax and enables them to stretch without inflicting pain. When performing penis exercises for male enhancement, it is also important that you practice a penis warm up.

Prior to beginning your penis exercise program, take a warm towel and wrap your penis and scrotum in the towel gently. The steam from the towel will allow the tissues to relax. You will want to make sure that the towel is not too hot for the penis warm up.

Some of the best ways to heat the towel for penis warm up exercises include the following:

- Soak the towel in hot water and then wring it out, making sure that the towel is very warm, but not too hot that it burns the skin;


- Steam the towel in a double boiler to allow it to get full of steam but again, not too hot;


- Put a damp towel in the microwave for about fifty seconds. Microwave heat tends to dissipate quickly, so make sure that you use this right away.

Other ways to warm up for a penis exercise program include to take a warm shower and stretch your penis in various different directions, gently, while allowing the warm water from the shower to flow over your penis. This can be done in both the shower and the bath.

A penis exercise program should be treated just like any other exercise program. Warm ups are usually included in exercise programs and your penis exercise program should not be any different. When performing the penis exercises, make sure that you do not perform on a fully erect penis or ejaculate. A penis exercise program is not masturbation, but a way to increase the size of your penis as well as your sexual performance.
