Penis Enlargement Exercises

1- Can I exercise every day of the week?

We recommend working out 4-5 days a week. Give your penis time to rest on the other 2-3 days in order to heal. Your biggest gains will come on your days off as your cells are given a chance to fully regenerate after a few prior days of exercise.

2- Can I do the workouts more than once a day?

No. The penis cells need about 24 hours to rebuild. Exercising more than once a day will not give your cells enough time to regenerate, not to mention cause you discomfort, without giving you better results.

3- Can I exercise less than the recommended number of minutes?

We don’t advise that you exercise less than the recommended number of minutes. Like any workout program, it takes a little time, a little dedication and a little bit of work. We have carefully designed the workout plans so they take as little of your time as possible.

4- Can I take several days off from exercising?

No. Taking several days off at a time or not performing all of the required exercises will set you back weeks in terms of your progress. You don't have to be perfect, but you do need to be consistent if you are serious about getting real results. We understand that there may be times when you cannot do your scheduled workout. But even on days when it is impossible to do a full workout, you can still do a PC exercise while driving to work. While PC exercises do not help you enlarge your penis, they do help improve your overall penis health.

5- How long should I rest between exercising and having sex?

It is recommended that you wait minimum 1 day between exercising and having intercourse. This gives your penis an adequate amount of time to recover from any grazing or bruising you may have experienced during the exercises.

6- Can the exercises be spread out over the course of a day?

Yes, breaking the workout into shorter time intervals is possible and will not deter from your progress. So feel free to split the exercises up during the day if you like.

7- How do I keep a firm grip while exercising?

Thanks to our feedback, we have determined that the best solution to this problem is to use a little baby powder or some safe form of talc on the hands prior to exercising. This provides a better grip of the penis and prevents sliding.

8- Can I use lotions as lubricants while doing jelq sessions?

We do not recommend using lotions or other forms of skin products for jelqing because they evaporate quickly. Never use soap or shampoo either. These can irritate the skin when applied vigorously and for long periods. It can also dry out the skin severely, causing it to crack and peel for a few days.

9- How important is the warm up?

The warm up is a crucial part of the exercise. We highly recommend that you warm up before each workout. The procedure should not be considered optional as it serves several important purposes.

10- Do I really need to warm down after exercising?

Yes, it is just as important as the warm up. The warm down at the end of the workout serve to promote faster healing of the cell tissue and offer comfort to your penis.

11- How can I keep from getting erect when exercising?

It is perfectly natural to get excited by some of the techniques. Your penis is an organ of routine, so if it’s accustomed to getting hard from stimulation. After a few weeks, your penis will begin to get accustomed to the exercises as you develop greater erection and ejaculatory control. But during the early stages, if you get an erection during an exercise which doesn't call for one, simply pause for a few moments to let it subside.

12- Can I ejaculate right before, during, or after exercising?

We recommend not ejaculating at least 2 hours before and 3 hours after exercising. By the same token, try not to ejaculate during the exercise as this could jeopardize your results. Upon ejaculation, blood testosterone levels drop and your penile connective tissues constrict.

13- Is it normal to feel sore after exercising?

Some soreness is normal, especially within the first 2-3 weeks of exercising while your penis is adjusting. Make sure to use proper lubrication, and don’t forget to warm up before and after each workout. Discontinue the program for a few days if you start to experience high amounts of discomfort, and resume at half the recommended time until you build up your tolerance.

14- Are the exercises the same for uncircumcised men?

Certain exercises call for stopping at the base of the head. For uncircumcised men this can be a bit more difficult since the foreskin covers the glands. But you should feel a ridge beneath your foreskin where the head and shaft meet.

15- How long should I do these exercises?

You can continue to use penis enlargement techniques forever if you like. But practically speaking, your cell tissue can only expand within a certain range. You will see the most substantial growth within your first 3 - 6 months. After that time, you still have the ability to grow somewhat, but understand that any further gains will be minimal compared to your previous growth.

16- Can I change the exercises a little?

We recommend that you not change the exercises. However, you can customize the program yourself by doing only the exercises you like most or best serve your purpose of penis enlargement. Remember, don't skip some of the exercises like the warm up and warm down just because you don't think that they're necessary.
