"Slide and Glide" Technique

The Slide and Glide technique relies on stimulating your partners clitoris with the friction and pressure from your upper pubic region (above the pubic bone) also known as the Friction Zone. The technique is usually done in the missionary position. Make sure your partner is well lubricated, and we recommend starting with the tease and please technique until you are almost all the way in before starting this technique.

Basic procedure for the "Slide and Glide" technique:

  1. As stated earlier, make sure your partner's clitoris and upper vaginal wall is very well lubricated. You may use her fluids, your saliva, good old fashioned lubrication products or anything else you deem appropriate.
  2. Ask your partner to widen the vaginal lips with her hands. In the meantime, put your penis in the base and rest the friction zone on her clitoris and place your weight on her body. Reach down and grab her posterior and spread the cheeks apart.
  3. Slide your penis up and down (not in and out) her vagina; your penis remaining inside her all the way to the base as you thrust. To achieve this you will need to hold a neutral object with both hands and push off with your toes as well. As you perform, make sure that the point of most resistance between the two of you is where the friction zone and her clitoris meet.
  4. Continue until she has at least one orgasm. Keep moving and try not to break the friction. Don't let the complexity of this technique frighten you, once perfected you will never want to go back to regular sex ever again.
