Focus Control Technique

More mental than the two previous techniques, focus control is extremely powerful when used in combination. The objective is to shift your concentration from the orgasm to other sensations all the while keeping you fully locked into the whole sexual experience.

1. Change the Focus of your Goal:

The easiest of focus control techniques since it is more about an attitude change. Modify your goal from simply ejaculating to taking pleasure in the whole sexual experience. By removing focus from the orgasm and putting it on the whole experience, your actions become more meaningful.

2. Change Physical Sensations:

For this exercise, you will need to transfer the feelings from your penis to another part of the body. It is difficult to not think about your penis, but will be so much more rewarding when accomplished. Try sensing the skin around the penis and move that around, or focus on what your hands or feet feel.

3. Change Other Sensations:

There are many factors that can affect your concentration levels. Being preoccupied with other matters, visual distractions or sonar disturbances are all classic examples of bedroom disruptions that could potentially ruin an amazing night of passion. When attempting to delay an orgasm, try not to focus on such trivial matters as you may be able to return to your original state of mind. At this point, the purpose is to focus on less physical sensations and more mental ones. Think about the experience as a whole, how much you care or love the person you’re with, how attractive she is, the general ambiance and your overall mood. As long as your focus remains somewhat related to your present sexual experience, you should have no problem controlling the duration and of your orgasm and ultimately maximizing the pleasure for both you and your partner.
