Negative SignsWhen beginning a new routine, there are always things to watch out for. Pay close attention to even the smallest signs as they could lead to much bigger problems. Here are a few examples that could mean a slight change in your workout... -Blisters are a common sign of putting too much pressure on your penis for an extended period of time. Some exercises require firm pressure; however, it is preferable to take several days off when performing such exercises to give your penis time to heal. Consult a doctor if the blisters do not disappear within a week. -Broken capillaries or minor bruising of the penis are another sign of excessive exercise. If you begin to notice either of these problems, take a few days off. Once you feel completely healed, start working out again. -Chaffing is a result of friction or skin irritation. This can occur when too much pressure is applied to the penis or not enough lubrication is used. Make sure that you apply appropriate pressure and do not use semi-abrasive lubricants. -Finally red sores are a classic sign of over-exertion. This is can be caused by stretching your penis for too long, or too far. Immediately take several days off and do not restart until you have completely healed.
