Male Enhancement Surgery
Male enhancement has been a hot topic of discussion as of late. While most men aren’t the type to come out and blatantly say that they are disappointed with the size of their penis, it is common knowledge that it’s a topic many men struggle with. For many of those men, penis enlargement surgery is the answer.
The reasons for penis enhancement surgery vary from man to man. While some men opt for surgical procedures out of self-consciousness, others want to try it for the sake of curiosity. In fact, male enhancement surgery has now become one of most frequently-searched topics online.
Different Types of Male Enhancement Surgery
There are basically 7 types of male enhancement surgery:
- Penis lengthening surgery or surgery for improving the length of penis.
- Penis widening surgery.
- Girth enhancement surgery
- Penile implants for adding more size to the organ.
- Penile reconstruction surgery that involves rectification of the size and length along with minute changes in the other important areas.
- Curvature correction surgery for improving erection.
- Erectile dysfunction treatment.
Phalloplasty or male enhancement surgery is very commonly used by men who want permanent changes in the size and girth of their penis. However, there are many things that need to be considered prior to the surgery, such as the health of the person, the physical condition and whether or not he is suitable for the surgery.
Male enhancement surgery typically works by releasing ligaments holding the penis. Once completed, the penis extends a bit further from the body giving an increased length. Post surgery, the penis that was once small becomes much bigger in shape and size. Oftentimes, a scar can develop after a surgery and can lead to issues of contraction. With the help of a counter weight, this problem can be successfully avoided and the results of the surgery can, and normally do, become permanent.
When a man wants a thicker penis, the surgery involves the extraction of fatty tissues from the body to fill the penis. This technique is also known as Free Fat Transfer or FFT or Lipo Sculpture. Once the fat tissues are extracted, they are injected under the male sex organ to give it the correct form and shape. The skin of the penis will become thicker than usual, and, as a bonus, this surgery does not involve any scarring.
Another effective male enhancement surgery option is Tissue Implant or Dermal Grafts. This can be done through grafted subcutaneous tissues taken from the organ. The epidermis layer of the skin is peeled off and is placed on the shaft of the penis where expansion will be required. This is an extensive procedure that needs to be done by expert surgeons.
Although male enhancement surgeries are popular these days, these are oftentimes not the most ideal options for enlarging the penis. Considering the fact that there are many aspects to be considered, including health, genetic factors, medical functionality and aesthetic needs, it is always suggested to look for more lucrative options before turning to surgery. That said, once all other options have been explored and deemed ineffective, surgery can provide a great, long-lasting answer to the need for male enhancement.
