Muscle Stretch

Step by Step Instructions

1. Place the head of your penis in your hand and stretch it out straight, hold it for 3-4 seconds.
2. Hold the head of your penis and stretch it to the right, hold for 3-4 seconds.
3. Next, hold the penis firmly and pull the penis towards the left. Pull it until you can feel pressure on the right side of your penis. Continue for a good 3 seconds.
4. This time, hold the penis, pull it upward and hold for 3-4 seconds.
5. Finally, pull your penis down and hold it for 3-4 seconds.
6. Perform step 1 to step 5 (for 10 mins daily)

1. Stretch you penis to a full extent. Hold for 3-4 seconds.

3. Apply pressure until it reaches the head of the penis. Do not exceed 6 minutes.

3. Rotate your penis in a circular motion under strain for 10-15 seconds.

1. Excite your penis until it reaches a semi-erection.
2. Wrap your hand around the tip of the penis and pull it to the bottom.
3. Place your hand on the base of the penis, move towards the head, you will notice a change in color, it means the blood is EXPANDING.
4. While the blood is expanding put a moderate grip on the head, for approx. 8-10 seconds.
